Logistics Protocols
1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Complimentary EXPRESS Shipping on orders over $150 AUD*
All domestic orders are dispatched from our Melbourne studio via Australia Post within 24 business hours.
- Standard Rates: Shipping is calculated by weight. Smaller samples (<250g) start at $6.00, with $2.00 for each additional item (capped at $10.00). Larger bottles (>250g) are a flat rate of $10.00.
- Express Service: If you require Express Post for orders under $150, please Contact Us prior to checkout for a custom invoice.
*Free Express upgrade applies automatically at checkout when the subtotal (after discounts) exceeds $150.
2. Arrival Assurance & Claims
Mandatory Unboxing Video:
To protect against tampering and fraudulent claims, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is required for any report of physical damage. Notification must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Minor “sweating” due to air pressure changes during transit is an inherent risk with vintage atomizers and does not constitute a defect.

3. Tracking & Carrier Scans
The “Missed Scan” Reality
Australia Post tracking is not always real-time. If your tracking status remains on “Pending” for 1-2 days, please do not panic. It is likely in transit to the next sorting facility.

4. International Shipping
We ship to major destinations (USA, UK, Canada, NZ, etc.). Shipping is calculated by weight tiers at checkout.
IMPORTANT: Global Risk & Address Integrity
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a 100% accurate international address. Once dispatched, no modifications can be made. We are not liable for loss or misdelivery due to incorrect address details; no refunds will be issued.
- Restricted Regions: If ordering from regions with known restrictions (e.g., Russia, South America, Middle East), please Contact Us prior to payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders if safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- Customs Seizure: We are not liable for items seized or destroyed by local customs. No refund will be issued.
- Returns: If a parcel is returned due to customs refusal or failure to collect, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs & Duties
International shipments are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient is responsible for all local import taxes, VAT, and duties.
