Vintage Hermès Calèche Eau de Toilette (EDT) Splash is the definitive “old-money” fragrance. Launched in 1961 and created by Guy Robert, it was the first fragrance for women from the house of Hermès. The Splash format (a bottle without a spray pump) is typical of older production batches from the 1960s through the early 1980s.
The Vibe: Aristocratic, soapy, and dry. It is a classic Floral Aldehyde with a prominent “expensive handbag” leather undertone.
