Absolutely. Every bottle comes from our private vault or through carefully vetted professional suppliers. With over a decade in the fragrance community, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits.

Do you provide batch codes for vintage perfume?
- Original Bottles: All visible batch codes and markings are captured in our product photos.
- Due to the high volume of sample orders, we are unable to provide individual batch lookups for orders and decants.
How is the collection stored?
Every bottle is stored in a temperature-controlled environment, away from UV light and humidity. This professional level of care is essential for preserving the olfactory integrity of vintage extractions.
Why do some bottles say “Tester” or “Not For Sale”?
Testers are bottles originally intended for retail counters. They contain the exact same fragrance as the retail version but often come in plain boxes or without caps. This allows us to offer rare liquid at a more accessible price point.
Why do some bottles look “used”?
Our collection ranges from Brand New Sealed (Museum Grade) to Vintage Pre-loved items.
Many rare and vintage bottles are sourced from private collectors who may have tested them or opened them to verify quality. For the vintage items, please expect the patina of time: a faded label or a scratched box. These are natural signs of age. We document any fill-level variations clearly in the product photographs so you know exactly what you’re receiving.

2. Terms of Sale & Platforms
What happened to your eBay inventory?
eBay’s updated policies no longer permit samples, decants, testers, used or unboxed vintage fragrances. We’ve relocated our complete archive to the Axiom Manifold website, where there are no restrictions on what we can offer.
What if I prefer to buy via eBay/Etsy?
We understand the need for platform security. If you prefer, we can create a private listing for you on eBay or Etsy.
(Note: These listings will incur higher fees due to platform commissions.).
Do you accept returns?
All Sales Are Final. We don’t accept returns for change of mind or personal scent preferences.
Our Promise: This policy ensures that the bottle you receive has never been “tested and returned” by another buyer. It guarantees the absolute purity of our inventory.
3. Logistics & Care
How do you prevent bottles from leaking during shipping?
Airtight Integrity: Every decant and vintage splash is hand-sealed with Laboratory-grade Parafilm® to minimize leakage and evaporation during transit. Original bottles receive multi-layered shock-absorbing packaging. Our historical breakage rate remains near zero.
Will vintage fragrances smell exactly like they did decades ago?
Vintage perfume evolves over time, even when perfectly stored. While stored perfectly, top notes (citrus) may soften over decades, while base notes (resins, woods) often become richer and more complex. This natural evolution is part of the vintage character, not a defect—it’s what makes these bottles so special.
Are there allergy considerations?
All fragrances contain aromatic compounds that may cause reactions in sensitive individuals. We strongly recommend patch testing on a small area of skin before full application.
Do photos represent the exact condition?
What You See Is What You Get. We do not use stock photos. The high-res images in the listing are of the exact bottle you will receive.
Sealed Bottles: The “As-Is” Rule
Vintage sealed bottles are sold “As-Is”. We cannot guarantee the internal state (evaporation/spoiling) of a factory-sealed item from 20+ years ago.

You may request via email (immediately after purchase) that we break the seal to test the sprayer on your behalf.

Damage Claims & Unboxing
All items are inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. In the rare event of transit damage:

4. Shipping & Pricing
What should international buyers know?
Buyers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations. Ensure your address is completely accurate. We cannot modify addresses after dispatch or refund packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
We are unable to refund orders seized or destroyed by customs. If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our prices are firm. Axiom Manifold operates as a transparent “self-service” vault. We focus our energy on sourcing and preservation to ensure the transaction remains clean and respectful for both parties.
